No talks with Russia on responsibility downing MH17

Dutch minister Blok at December 20 2018 informed Dutch parliament in a letter saying no talks were held yet between the Dutch and Russia since in May 2018 The Netherlands and Australia held Russia responsible for the downing of MH17.

Negotiations were hoped for to talk about financial compensation for the next of kin.

Blok writes that next steps could be to start legal actions against Russian for an international court like ICC or ECtHR.
