Update: July 19. The pressofficer of the Utrecht court let me know  the court did not decide yet on the request by Ministry of Justice to delay the handover of corrected documents with four more weeks.

Update October 25, 2017

Dutch Raad van State made a judgement about this case. Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice does not need to make public requested documents. The judgement provides a very detailed description of the process of this case.

This post shows how State of the Netherlands wants to hide the truth on MH17. It is about a request based on the Wet Openbaarheid Bestuur (WOB or Freedom of Information Act) by Dutch newsstation RTL Nieuws together with NOS and Volkskrant.

RTL Nieuws requested documents from the Dutch government. What happened was censored documents, an objection, delay, a court case, more delay, more delay.

The request of RTL was the release of documents made by Ministeriële Commissie Crisisbeheersing (MCCb).

October 30,  2014. Dutch RTL requests State of the Netherlands to release documents on MH17. The WOB request is addressed to the Ministerie van Algemene Zaken lead by PM Rutte(source).

State of the Netherlands  would make a number of documents public but also a number of documents would not be made public. The released documents can be found here. RTL reported about the release of documents here.

At March 20, 2015 RTL sent a letter of objection to the Ministry of Safety and Justice. The objection is because of most of the information was censored (source)

  1. Truth coming out too soon will harm the neocon election campaign of Obama/Hillary. Therefore I predict that any JIT public reports will be pushed beyond November.

  2. The lack of political will of the West to prosecute the Russian regime for downing MH17 becomes more and more obvious. Russian nuclear and military blackmail, big business interests, Russian threats to destabilize Europe, corrupted by Russian regime politicians, Putin’s sympathizers from far-right and far-left spectra, many suggestible people confused by Russian propaganda based on total lie… All this contributes to what’s going on. While in reality such connivance will only worsen the current situation, I don’t expect any improvements. Hardly those guilty of downing MH17 will be even legally established before replacement of the current Russian regime by a rational one. C’est la vie.

To prosecute the Russia the west would need evidence, and the US government has presented none nor the Ukraine nor the Dutch nor Australia nor Malaysia nor Germany. No respected journalist has presented any evidence either.
We must be moved only by evidence and that is why this site is doing such a good job.

      I agree with Slozhny.

From open evidence we all see who did it.

      • Can you please explain me how using open source we can conclude who did it?
After 2000+ hours of research I am still not able to conclude who is responsible.

We know pretty sure there were one of more BUk’s in the area.
One of the Buk’s was likely delivered via Russia.
Who shot down MH17? I do not know.

I do know all governments are hiding information.
I do know two years after the shot down there is still no agreement under which law a courtcase should be done.

I do know there is a lot of manipulation of the public opinion.

        • There are dozens of indirect evidences pointing to Russia’s guilt, and zero real ones pointing to Ukraine’s one. Nobody was able to make up a comprehensible scenario how Ukraine could do that even in theory, given the pattern of known evidences. Psychological reactions of representatives of the parties clearly demonstrate which ones act like being aware of their party’s guilt but trying to confuse everyone by talking nonsense. Collected evidences may be insufficient for a court to convict particular persons, but any well-informed individual who still claims doubts as to which party is guilty is obviously (for me) biased.

I’ve tried to find out facts that would enable BUK missile to cause MH17 damage from other direction than from inside rebel area (roughly same area A-A calculated for DSB). So far I’m not able to explain how other areas would be possible with BUK warhead on BUK missile.

(+ 0 evidence of launch from outside rebel area)

So, I know someone at rebel area killed MH17.
I’m 99% sure it was RU crew under RU command.
I do not know if CIA or SBU somehow fooled the RU crew to launch against airliner. (spotter was a mole???)

          • It is too easy to conclude a BUK inside rebel controlled area must be a RF BUk.
Borders were fluid. I made a blogpost showing a map which showed area was controlled by rebels yet a large Ukraine convoy crossed the area.
Rebels were merely situated in cities. There was not at each road and at each 200 meters a rebel checkpoint.

Each day another party could control an area.

    • Ok, it’s a Russian nuclear blackmail delays the work of JIT, DSB, etc, But the nuclear blackmail failed to stop this:
By reading statements like that you sometimes realize how big mess can go on inside info-warrior minds.

      • I remember something about Iraq. Something like we should invade Iraq because Saddam Hussein is dangerous and has chemical warfare.

We were fooled! This should not happen again in 2016, 2017 etc with a lot of resources available on internet.
We should not trust governments. We should not trust press as these are basically distribitors of press releases instead of watchdogs for our democracy.

That´s nonsense ! IF the west would have evidence that the „Russian regime“ is behind the downing of MH17, it had been presented with great pleasure.
Instead „western regimes“ keep secret and let „private investigators“ like BC do the job to support a narrative which lacks hard evidence.

Why except Ukraine has no other state declared the downing an act of terror ?

I look at it the other way round : The West can not and will not admit that they were hoodwinked by Kiev.

I see the fact that the letter to the relatives was not signed by Poroshenko himself as a sign that the political elite of Ukraine wants to wash away, if the truth still comes to light. Motto: “It was not me who lied about the radar data”.
And we can only guess what lies they have also spread.

One thing I know for certain: The truth is stressful for all parties. And that is an indication the shooting down of MH17 happened in front of a still unknown political background.
