German detective Resch has to report to the police in Kalsruhe in September for questioning on MH17. Earlier his house was raided and a Swiss bank safe was opened on demand of the Dutch prosecutor.

This is reported by Dutch newspaper de Telegraaf at August 23.

I published a couple of stories on Resch.

“police in Kalsruhe” is wrong !
The Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) in Karlsruhe is the highest court of Germany !
This suggests that Resch is questioned by the attorney general. Still, this is an extremely unusual procedure, since there is no process in which Resch could testify.
There will certainly be no prosecution of possible perpetrators before a German court. Resch’s interrogation therefore can only be understood as part of legal assistance.
The Attorney General is also investigating certain cases of offenses against the state interests.
